Traditional Method
It’s a sparkling mellow rose wine, born on the geographic area of the appellation of controlled origin Bordeaux and according to the traditional method. In practice, it has been elaborated with a normal wine which has made an alcoholic fermentation. And after adding sugar and yeast (liqueur de tirage) a second alcoholic fermentation is made inside the bottle up to 11 % vol minimum and carbon dioxide bubble to form: It’s the same vinification as Champagne. We can drink this wine in aperitif or for a desert, and during the day. Bottles can kept for years.
